Overview: Keller Texas is one of the most desirable towns in America to reside primarily because of the combination of safety, excellent schools, proximity to DFW Airport and having a small-town feel yet very accessible to major area cities including Denton, Fort Worth and Dallas. Home prices in Keller cover a wide range from about $150,000 to over $2 Million with an overall average sale price of around $400,000. Keller has a very neat history as it became a stop on the Texas and Pacific Railway back in the 1850's. It was a very desired area at the time because of its proximity to the Trinity River. 

Schools: Keller schools have the reputation of being some of the best in the metroplex. Although student enrollment had doubled in the past decade and is still growing, the quality of education here has remained. Twenty Keller schools are ranked as "Exemplary" or "Recognized" by the Texas Education Agency and the district boasts a graduation rate over 94% along with 73% of seniors headed to college upon graduation. Many Keller schools are ranked on GreatSchools.org as 9's or 10's and KISD is a consistently a strong draw of families to the town. 

Entertainment: There are several dining, entertainment and park options throughout Keller and many more being added regularly. In regard to parks, there are 336 acres of developed land on a total of 11 sites. The 5.4 mile Big Bear Creek Greenbelt is a popular destination and Keller even just recently opened a dog park directly adjacent to The Keller Pointe - a massive community center offering aquatic activities, recreation center, fitness and wellness classes. Keller also has a wonderful Town Square, beautiful Town Hall with outdoor music during the summer and a fantastic public library.
